Massimiliano Previdi

Doctor of environmental engineering

Massimiliano is an Italian engineer with over 25 years of experience in the water treatment field. He is known for his ability to design and implement solutions and processes for a variety of industries, including textiles, steel, food, and mining.

He has developed and patented several innovative water treatment technologies, including high-efficiency biological treatment systems, membrane bioreactor plants, zero liquid discharge plants, and specific treatments for mining wastewater and textile wastewater. He has also obtained green certificates from several countries for his work.

With more than 500 water treatment plants, Massimiliano’s work has had a significant impact on the development and implementation of sustainable water treatment practices around the world.

Irenka Prehu

Environmental engineering

Irenka is a Mexican environmental engineer with 7 years of experience in water treatment, specialized in project management for the development of environmental projects.

She has developed projects for the treatment of industrial wastewater with biological systems and complementary environmental systems to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG).

Pranay Behl

Water normatives manager

Pranay Behl is an Indian entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the water treatment sector. He has expertise in a wide range of industries, including textiles, leather, food, steel, and civil wastewater management.

Pranay has been at the forefront of developing sustainable water treatment solutions. He has also played a key role in spearheading the development of the water and wastewater treatment market in Asia.

Danja Vighini

Sales and commercial manager

Danja Vighini brings extensive experience in sales and commercial strategy within the water treatment sector for the textile industry, working across a diverse range of countries from Asia to South America.

This broad international exposure has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the unique regulatory needs each region faces – often shaped by local laws, major textile purchasing groups, or pressing issues like water scarcity.

Her ability to combine keen analytical skills with a strong empathetic approach allows her to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to optimize customized solutions in the wastewater treatment field.

Nicolò Uslenghi

Textile water treatment expert

Nicolò Uslenghi is a water treatment expert with over 10 years of experience in sales, technical consulting, management, administration, and project landing. He is specialized in industrial applications and has managed whole projects in the textiles sector, as well as automotive, government, and agri-food.

Nicolò is supported by a local technical team in the field and the process team at Water Next Italy.
